How to configure Number?

Step 1

Go to Admin Panel >> Senders >> Phone Number

You have to purchase a number from PicoSMS supported sms gateway provider then you have to configure that number here. To configure the number, you have to do some settings-

  • Set your new purchases number

  • Select the platform/sms gateway

  • Enter purchases price

  • Enter sell price

  • Add capabilities for that number

  • Set the status (active/inactive)

Step 2

You need to assign a number to a customer or accept a number request from a customer to successfully use that number to compose sms from that number.

You can also edit a customer to assign available phone numbers
